Welcome to Eagleview with 42 acres on top of the world near Brevard. This property has been our family for generations and we have been fortunate to live here for many years. The views here rival the Blue Ridge Parkway. Come prepared for the vacation of a lifetime as you enjoy the many miles of hiking trails on the property, and sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that bless our home. FREE activities for stays under 29 nights, including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.

The first thing you'll notice when you enter is the huge natural stone wood burning fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living room. We love the open floor plan that connects the living area, kitchen and dining room. The entire far wall of the main level is devoted to windows so you can enjoy the view from anywhere. The view will draw you to the front of the house where you can step outside on the deck or the screened porch. The gas grill and outdoor seating area are perfect for cookouts and gathering with family and friends.

The master suite is on the main level and you will enjoy the comfortable bed, the luxurious bathroom and the outdoor deck. Head downstairs where you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with a day bed. There is a fire pit and patio just outside one of the lower level bedrooms, and a large lawn gives way to a wooded area and the beginning of many trails. Go forward along the trail and you will find the beautiful natural stone ledge where we have installed some additional seating. It's the perfect place to enjoy some serenity and peace as you revel in the quiet beauty of the view, especially during sunrise and sunset.

This home is private and secluded, yet close enough to Brevard to be convenient. Bring your bikes and your hiking gear because you will want to explore all the outdoor spaces nearby. We are minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest and miles of scenic road biking. Our home actually backs up to DuPont State Forest (location of the first Hunger Games movie). Gorges State Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Hendersonville and the Biltmore House are all an easy day trip from our location. Come enjoy all the local restaurants, breweries, music and activities our area has to offer.

"This was a great place to stay! I went with my husband and two pups and we could have never left the house the view was so good! Close to some really cool waterfall hikes and cute towns too. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again when visiting the area.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay

"The home was secluded and had a great view of the mountain, so it was quite a peaceful and enjoyable stay. There was plenty of room for eight adults to stay comfortably. The host was proactive communicating updates regarding our stay and responsive to messages and questions. They had a nice bench area facing west overlooking the mountains - the sunset was perfect. Close to Hendersonville (and Asheville if you wanted!) and state parks for outdoor activities and the grocery store wasn't far either.

"This location is amazing, it is so fun and you cannot describe the view, you just have to see it. There are a few trails around the place that are a great way to start the day before stopping at the Hub, hitting Pisgah waterfalls or heading into Dupont! Meaning the location is easy for great hikes! This was our SECOND trip to this house. Last time was in August and the weather was a wonderful break from our heat. The start of April had some cold wind for our spring break, with the added fun of a few flurries which added to the magic of the location. The view and privacy makes it all worth it. The hosts are organized and it is easy and clear to check in and check out.

"This place has amazing views! It was the perfect place to go disconnect for a bit. Very secluded and private sitting on a mountain top with amazing views all around. The house had everything us and the kids needed with a kitchen that was just very well stocked with all the amenities. The space outside was great and our pups poved playing outside and running around. The views are really amazing, fast internet, great outdoor spaces and the house was just what we needed and more then we expected. Pete and his team are very attentive and responsive. The nights were perfect for star gazing and sitting by the fireplace or the outside fire pit. Overall a 10/10! With a plus for the views and amazing sunsets we caught! Thank you!

"This rental was perfect. The location is outstanding, far from noise and activity. Very serene. The view is exquisite. I couldn’t get enough of the view and hope to return for a longer stay. The house is very nice and has almost everything you could need. I needed a tea kettle but made do with a simple pot - not a problem. The ride from the house to the entrance road takes about 8+ minutes but is soooo worth it! I like privacy and seclusion on my vacations and this house provides both. An excellent property that I can’t recommend enough.

My Happy Place

"From our entry to our exit we were amazed at the beautiful setting of the house and the landscape. Everything was truly breathtaking from the well manicured yard to the very clean house. We shopped the local market and I cooked fresh garden veggies every night. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We saw deer and a white squirrel but no bears. I would highly recommend this rental to someone looking for a relaxing get away. If you like sitting there is a lot of sitting spaces outside as well as a grill and fire pits. If you like to take walks there is a pretty long drive that you can stroll down that is lined with Oleander trees. I believe this rental will become my new happy place as we enjoyed the quiet time which was much needed.

"This is the second year we've been to this house, the views are incomparable. It's private, great for dogs, and has all of the necessary amenities. I found it hard to leave the house everyday, just wanted to stare at the view! The ONLY thing I would request is a king bed in the master, it really needs one and there's room for it.

Girls’ Getaway at Eagleview

"Just returned from a “girls’ getaway” at Eagleview. What a fantastic spot! As soon as we drove up the driveway, we were astounded by the breathtaking view. But the best was yet to come. The views from the back deck were even more picturesque, especially at sunset. Eagleview was extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with a variety of cookware and appliances – even a wide assortment of hot teas. My friends and I enjoyed a beautiful hike at the High Falls at Dupont Forest, just a few minutes from the house. We also took advantage of the shopping in lovely downtown Brevard, also, just a few minutes from Eagleview. Pete was responsive to all our questions and he made our girls’ weekend very special. We will definitely be back.

"Lovely private retreat with an amazing view. We found the home to be very comfortable and clean. The outdoor space is the highlight with a picturesque sunset view. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and appliances are in good working order. The WiFi works well. The TV is internet only so you may have issues trying to watch your normal TV channels. Overall, this is an excellent property. Takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Brevard.

"We were blessed to enjoy a week at this lovely home this summer. We can’t say enough about the stunning view and beautiful property in general. The owners have clearly done their best to provide every reasonable comfort to their guests. We enjoyed hikes through the woods, dinner on the grill and dessert over the fire pit and sunset from “the rock.” The location makes getting to hikes a breeze and allows for visits to Brevard, Asheville and even Highlands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
