Enjoy all the comforts of home in this charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Leicester vacation rental. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a homemade meal, then venture out to explore. Tour exciting attractions around Biltmore Village, head to breweries in Asheville, or sight-see along the Blue Ridge Parkway. At day’s end, return to relax around the fire pit or stream a movie on one of the Smart TVs . Memory-filled moments await! FREE activities every day for stays under 29 nights, including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, and Timber Axe Throwing.

This beautiful home features a private hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and multiple living areas in 2,875 square feet on three levels. Relax indoors with the smart TVs, board games and books. The main level features an open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen, a living area and dining area. The master suite has a King bed and private bathroom with shower, tub and dual vanities. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed. Head downstairs where you will find another private roomy bedroom with a queen bed. In the downstairs den there is a queen sleeper sofa, TV and exercise equipment. Lots of seating, an office nook and a kitchenette in the lower living area, and the hot tub in just outside the sliding glass door. Head outside and enjoy the hot tub, the fire pit (firewood provided) the covered porch, the screened-in porch, the outdoor seating areas and gas grill.

Explore the many opportunities that Asheville and the surrounding communities have to offer. Check out the River Arts District as well as the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville with all its shopping and restaurants, and the miles of hiking and mountain bike trails that are a short drive away. Pisgah National Forest is a favorite destination, and you will love the other national and state forests like Gorges National Park and DuPont State Forest that are an easy day trip from our location.

"We had a wonderful time!!! The home is beautiful, the hot tub is a big treat, and Asheville is a quick drive away. The location is lovely and private. The beds were very comfortable. We made use of the free Biltmore ticket, which saved us a lot of money. We had a great time and hope to return!

"Stayed at this property for our daughters wedding at yesterday spaces and was the perfect house for us to relax and enjoy while all the festivities were going on. We had many family members in town for the wedding and the house was a great size for people to come visit and stay a while. Kitchen was well equipped, many bathrooms and bedrooms. The weather was a little chilly to sit on the porches but would love to go back and be able to use. Very nice property!!

"We have no complaints about Pete's property. There's sooo much room inside and outside the house, three families had plenty of space to either gather or separate. The kitchen had all the prep and serving tools we needed and made entertaining an actual joy. We knew there had to be neighbors, but we neither saw nor heard them. We felt like we were staying in a secluded cabin. Highly recommended if you have an event at one of several venues in the area. The trek into more urban settings is relatively easy, but could get tiring if that's the main focus of your trip. Thanks for a great visit!

"This Airbnb is located about a 20-25 minute drive from central Asheville. As described and beautiful home filled with updates. The kitchen is loaded with anything you could need including fresh dish soap, sponge and paper towel. The fire pit was loaded with fresh firewood and the hot tub worked great. The property manager was very responsive and they have a neat online portal for guests to use that has check in codes, Wi-Fi info, local recommendations, check out instructions, etc. Only negative to this stay is the drive into town but there are some food and grocery options within 10-15 minutes for those that don’t want to drive all the way into Asheville.

"My family was traveling from Louisiana to Virginia and stopped off in North Carolina for white water rafting. We chose this property for its proximity to Asheville and the many whitewater rafting locations. The house was perfect for eight guests and was extremely private and peaceful. The interior seemed to be newly remodeled and was very clean. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
