FREE activities for stays under 29 nights, including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing. We have been coming to Brevard from our home in South Carolina for many years. Finding this home on West Main Street is a dream come true for us, because now we can visit any time and enjoy all that downtown Brevard has to offer. It's all within walking distance, and we are excited to be able to share it with you!

Our home features three bedrooms, two full baths, a living room and a den. There is lots of room to get comfortable and relax. We also have a deck and a fire pit. There is a secure storage shed that's perfect for your bikes.

We are located on West Main Street, just a short walk to downtown Brevard. Check out the shopping, dining and scenery as you walk down Main Street. A favorite is Main Street Ltd., a great gift shop right next to Quotations Cafe. Of course, Brevard is home to the renowned Brevard Music Center, also walkable from our house, and is host to annual festivals including the White Squirrel Festival in early June, great 4th of July festivals, the Mountain Song Festival every September, and lots of fun activities on Halloween (Brevard is in Transylvania County, after all).

Be sure to check out the event calendar for the Porter Center, which is the performing arts venue for Brevard College. You should check out Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest, both a short drive away, and it takes only about 20 minutes to get to the beautiful Gorges State Park. Asheville and Hendersonville are both nearby, and they feature lots of attractions if you want to take a day trip or two.

Please note also that the third bedroom does not have a door, but a curtain instead.

Perfect Jumping off Point in Brevard

"Our group of 5 including 2 adults and 3 older teens enjoyed our stay here. The set is odd, but works out well as there are two areas to hang out in which a are separately quite well for a smaller home. While the kitchen is compact it was fully stocked with everything you could need including blender, crockpot, decent knives and pots and pans. There is no dishwasher but thats ok, it kept the teens in busy! The host has basic spices, coffee, sugar and oil to get you started. Overall the space with clean and smelled fresh. We made use of the fire area out back and the nice supply of firewood too.The proximity to downtown and all the great outdoor adventures worked out very well for those that wanted to hike and for those that wanted to sleep late and stroll into town for lunch. On the way out of town we ate at the Square Root. The were very gracious and set up a nice spot under eaters for us and the canines.

"The home was perfect for our weekend getaway in Brevard. Very cozy with everything we needed including a nice kitchen and laundry. The location was great too. Right downtown with access to great dining and outdoor activities. We enjoyed a bike race Saturday and more riding Sunday. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling and outdoor exploring! Perfect spot in Brevard

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The house is clean, furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to fix a quick breakfast or prepare dinner for the family. The weather wasn't right for us to be outside, but the porch and fire pit area were very inviting. "We enjoyed the house. It was very nice and clean. Not as close to downtown as I thought, however. It is walking distance but not right outside of the door. We also had enough hot water for 2 short showers with 6 people. Even after waiting an hour the hot water never came back. That was disappointing. The coffee pot was broken but we managed to make it work. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

"Had a wonderful long weekend in Brevard to see a play at the Flat Rock Playhouse and visit family. House was perfect for three adults. Perfect Getaway Stay For Us

"This was a perfect location & home for our girls' weekend get away. Just a very short distance from downtown, shopping & Brevard College. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the large front deck too. Only a 30 minute drive to Sierra Nevada Brewery which we greatly enjoyed. Also, the rental agent was very helpful in getting us into the house a few hours early. "Steep drive way and street. Property is only a few blocks to down town. Very quiet area. Saw a white squirrel across the street. If you are bringing dogs know that there is little yard and all is dirt.

Nice location

"This was a great place in that it was close to downtown Brevard, was dog friendly, and had three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple sitting areas to relax.

The major downside is that the kitchen was extremely small. Small to the point where really only one person could be working in it at a time. Not a big deal if it's just a family where one person is cooking, but a bit tricky if you have multiple groups of people all trying to cook at the same time. With that being said, it was well stocked in terms of cookware, which made it easy to cook most any meal.

Convenient and Clean

"Our experience was good. 2 couples spent 2 nights here while visiting family in Brevard and it was very convenient. We spent all waking hours away at our family's home so really only slept and showered here, no cooking etc. It was very cold outside during our visit, and this house was well heated and very cozy.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable

"We are frequent visitors to Brevard and came along with our adult daughter and our dog to enjoy the outdoors and fall colors. This property is very conveniently located, just a couple of blocks from downtown and easy driving distance to the Pisgah Forest, DuPont Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The property manager was very helpful. Almost immediately upon booking I received a confirmation email with all the details I needed regarding the property. A cell phone number for the property manager was provided in case of questions or problems with our stay. We arrived at night and lights were turned on inside and out, which was helpful and a nice touch. The property was spotless; the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. We had everything we needed, lots of fluffy towels, comfortable beds,and a well-appointed kitchen. The bathrooms are newly remodeled, and the furnishings and linens are in excellent condition. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again and recommend it to others. We also enjoy being able to bring our dog along and very much appreciate those property owners who go the extra mile to allow pets. We look forward to visiting again soon.
